hey tomas . I was wondering about the hammer on course .i am so used to playing g chord with my 2,3 and pinky should i practice with the 1,2,3 fingers to set up bar chords . its feels awkward but i will practice it if you think that its the right technique
I use several forms of the G chord. 2, 3 and pinky is a good one. The one I’m using in this lesson is 1, 2, 3 and pinky (four-finger G). I use that one a lot also. Maybe practice it but don’t make it a priority until you come across a technique that needs it.
I really like this strum and I’m really having to work through it “rhythmically”. Thanks for the challenge, Tomas! 🙂
You’re welcome, Wally. I’m always good for a challenge 🙂

Here’s a lesson in the 3rd Adventure where I use the four-finger G. https://realguitarsuccess.com/courses/beginners-journey-3rd-adventure/lessons/the-fabulous-cadd9-chord/
I introduced it earlier in the course.
