Fingerstyle a song

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to share a bit of success.

I studied the lesson Arranging a Song for Fingerstyle Guitar and decided that I wanted to give it a try. Since Tomas gave us in this month’s practice sessions the melody, chords and arpeggios for Love’s Destiny (I fell in love with the song), I decided to give it a shot. So I managed to slowly play the chords and melody according to the fingerstyle lesson, but actually was stymied as to how to incorporate the arpeggio. Then this morning, I decided to give it a try and I’m excited to report that I’ve actually succeeded in doing it. It’s still very very slow, but I think I’ve gotten the technique.

At any rate, I felt that I had to share my success with someone and since no one in my immediate surroundings can appreciate my accomplishment, I thought that my fellow guitar students would appreciate it.
