Hi,

Just joined, been playing guitar for almost a year, progress is painfully slow, but i’m hanging in there and practice very day ….

My background is that I stopped working about 4 years ago, in my youth as a student I tried to learn guitar, but now I have picked it up again and really want to to be able to play. My favorite music is Rock, and I go to may concerts … although due to Covid, it’s been more than a year since I’ve had that pleasure.

I play acoustic guitar, know the basic chords (G A C D E etc), and some changes of chord go ok, my challenge is to get my chord changing up to speed and then I will have made a big step forward!

Strangely enough that’s a difficult question … lots and lots of favorites, I could type a big list, my top 3 are:

Bob dylan – the Doors and Neil Young … fit’s to my age 😉

In my practice sessions I try to play:

My My Hey Hey – out of the blue – Neil Young

Come’s a time – Neil Young

Stand by Me – Ben E. King
